Our mission at 3 Rivers Lacrosse is to provide quality instruction during all of our events while keeping our pricing affordable.  The driving force at 3RL is to raise the level of the female lacrosse athlete in the Western Pennsylvania region through EXPOSURE to a variety of elements in the game!

3RL is excited to be at Southpointe Fieldhouse for our 2nd year!  We will continue our traditional programming on a FULL field! 
The 3RL staff will guide teams through an 8 week progression that will touch on tactics and strategies to be successful in the spring!  
 

COLLEGE CONNECTIONS:  The College Connections program is designed to expose all of our participants to collegiate level coaching and recruiting opportunities regardless of club affiliation!  Each coach will lead an instructional session and will then be given the opportunity to recruit during a scrimmage portion! We have an amazing line-up of coaches for you in the first 3 weeks of our program!  Please check out their bio's by clicking on their names!  

Week 1:  Saturday, January 5th
 Jane Karger (Assistant Coach, University of Connecticut) & 
 Anne Murray (Assistant Coach, Princeton University) 
Both coaches are Pittsburgh natives!  Anne is a Lebo alumna while Jane hails from Hampton!

Week 2:  Saturday, January 12th
 Ali Fisher (Head Coach, Lafayette College) &
 Kelly Nangle (Head Coach, Central CT University)
 * Coach Fisher scooped Peter's Township player Katie Denning from our programming!
 

Week 3:  Saturday, January 19th
 Meredith Buzzi (Head Coach, Kenyon College) 
 Coach Buzzi scooped Bethel Park player Lara McMahon from our programming!
