Pre Season Team Tune-Up 2010 - Team General Information
* Please read the following information CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY!
Our Pre-Season Tune-Up has become a regular event for most of our area teams. This year, we will not be offering any "OPEN" teams unless we receive ample interest. Due to the fact that we have many more teams than we have hours at each facility, we will be employing the following guidelines to determine who will get the spots.
1.) Districts may only register one team at the Varsity
level, we will accept multiple teams at the lower levels based on enrollment.
2.) Team Availability:

Middle School: 3 Teams (One team will be OPEN) |
Middle School: 3 Teams (4th team will be OPEN) |

* The 2 remaining slots will be JV or V
depending on the level of the first teams on the waitlist |

TEAM COST: Varsity Teams $2100;
JV Teams $2100; MS Teams $1800
Each team must send a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold a spot.
All remaining balances MUST be paid with a SINGLE CHECK!
note - if you are on your school or club team- please make payment arrangements with your team representative
One team price as above. -
Two team price as above less $150 -
Three team prices as above less $200.
Discounts based only on receiving two checks and receiving before December 15th,
2009.
Example:
Put in one team - fees as above
Put in two teams - fees as above less $150.00
Put in three teams - fees as above less $200.00
If three teams from same school district register (1 Varsity, 1 JV, & 1 MS) fee
would be $6000.00 less $200.00 discount (or $5800.00) - if paid with discount
date.
If you have separate booster clubs for teams please coordinate your payments.
Discounts are based on receiving two checks per group.
Fees (including deposits) received after
December 15th, 2009 - No Discounts!
Fees brought to first game Sunday January 10th, 2010 are as follows: - Varsity and Junior Varsity - $2300
- Middle School - $2000
1.) Discounts are based on receiving two checks;
1st check for deposit to hold spot and 2nd check for balance due.
2.) 3RL WILL NOT accept individual checks.
