SPEED, STRENGTH, & SKILL
The 3 Rivers Lacrosse SPEED, STRENGTH, & SKILL session is designed to give
players the opportunity to start working on their game for the spring season.
Each dynamic Sunday morning session consists of 3 thirty minute stations which
will include a scrimmage portion played in a small, open field
format, a skill session, and a
lacrosse specific speed
development and strength training by the professional coaches at
D1 SPORTS!
All teams and individuals will
be EXPOSED to high level coaching by various collegiate coaches and players!

{Group 1: 7:30 to 9:00 and Group 2: 9 to 10:30}
November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 11, 18
COST: $125/player * REGISTER HERE

receives a $10 discount!
